We've had reports of some people having their LeapFILE notifications go directly to the spam folder after our email provider switch. We've arranged to get a single static IP from our provider, which you or your IT/Networking team can whitelist to ensure delivery of LeapFILE notifications. If your clients or recipients are having issues, you can point them here as well.
The new IP to whitelist is
and all future emails from LeapFILE will be coming from this IP address. Thanks for your patience, and please let us know if you experience any further difficulty with receiving notifications!

Hi All - I'll just update this notice.
We've isolated the issue to our upstream network provider instituting rate limiting on outgoing emails. We've fixed the issue, and the servers are currently processing the emails that have been queued up after the rate limit was hit. We're working to get these out as quickly as possible, but you may want to "Resend notification" on your transfers.

We've been receiving reports that download notifications and password reset emails are not being received by some users - we're looking into this at the moment, and expect to have the matter resolved shortly.

As LeapFILE continues to evolve, we've decided to move our Support infrastructure away from Zendesk and on to a different platform to help us provide better service to you. This is going to be occurring on August 1st. All of your tickets will be imported into the new system, but there will no longer be a ticketing system that's visible to our users, and there won't be any need to sign into any sites other than LeapFILE - you'll be able to email us, or ask a question from the new support page, and everything will occur as an email conversation.
This new system is also going to make it much easier to take feature requests from the LeapFILE community, and help us improve the service that we can give you. Stay tuned for the new support.leapfile.com!
UPDATE : 8/1 - Thanks to the Technical Support Manager (AKA : "Me") being called for Jury Duty, we're going to push this date out a bit - Currently we're planning on moving the change to August 5th. Thanks for your patience!
